Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. If the notice is not given within that window, you will be billed for 50% of the session. Payment is due before scheduling your next appointment. I understand life happens and ask that you simply communicate with me as soon as you know you must cancel/reschedule. If I can fill the appointment slot, I will gladly waive the cancellation fee. (This means, if you have a friend or family member that can take your slot, you will not be charged!) Other exceptions include illness or emergencies. If you are ill, have a contagious condition, or active infection, I ask that you reschedule your appointment once symptoms have subsided (with no cancellation fee). 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a session, your session may still end at the scheduled time in order to stay on schedule for clients after you. Even if you do not receive the full treatment, you will be billed for the full session price.
